Hey everyone!
There has been a recent update to the Dropbox app that may fix this issue.
So, please make sure you try to:
- Clear the cache of the Dropbox app from your device Settings. (Settings app>App & Notifications>Apps>Dropbox>On the Dropbox App Info, Tap on "Storage">On the Cache section press "Clear Cache")
- Uninstall Dropbox, turn off your device and then on (do not restart) and reinstall it.

Tried that, still getting the same result
- BTECSM4 years agoExplorer | Level 4Did tried all steps described above, no fix.
Did uninstalled the app, restarted the phone and then it worked until I logged in...
Please fix that ASAP, I am a paying user and Dropbox is not useable since almost a MONTH! - 79schultz4 years agoHelpful | Level 6I followed the instructions, (cleared cache>uninstalled>turned phone off>left it off for several minutes>reinstalled). The first time I opened it after reinstalling I got to the sign-in screen but as soon as I entered my credentials and clicked login, it crashed. Now it continues crashing.

Dropbox is a cloud-based file storage service that allows users to sync files across multiple devices. Users can access their files from any device, even if they are offline. Files stored in the cloud are automatically backed up online and can be accessed through web browsers or mobile apps.
