Hey Ted G., thanks for bringing this to our attention and sorry to see you're having trouble.

 

Would you mind giving us a bit more info here? 

 

Are you getting some kind of error message when you try to run the installer? Or is nothing happening at all?

 

Have you tried the offline installer instead, to see if that works?

 

Let me know how it goes.

when you launch dropbox installer download, nothing happened... that is the issue

    Hi seanshli, have you tried the suggestions in this thread to see if a new version of the app could be downloaded?
