Dropbox non-admin installation thinks I'm out of disk space and needs admin rights
Windows, non-admin installation. Plenty of space left in my account. Plenty of space left on the computer.

Correct, Win2019 server. One of my computers runs server software. It's unusual, but that's how it is. For completeness it's Windows Server 2019 Standard, v 1809, OS build 17763.5576
Everything within the Dropbox folder is syncing properly. I can add or remove files on any of the computers, and the other 2 pick up or delete the files appropriately.

Any ideas? Is this just some bug in the latest version? Ignore it and it will go away when the program auto-updates?

Windows Server operating systems are not currently supported, but as you noticed you might be able to run the Dropbox desktop app normally there GertFrobe
The notification you're receiving is not about a hard drive space issue, but it seems that there's an update needed for a space saving feature.
Is there any particular reason why you've not installed the app with admin privileges in the first place?

Since the problematic behavior is identical in Win 10 (2 examples), this doesn't appear to be a non-supported OS issue.
I use a non-admin installation (and I have for years) because Dropbox has provided that option for years. I prefer to have it operate in a user context since it hasn't needed admin access. As you can tell from the screenshot of available diskspace, I am not concerned about saving space.
