I keep getting a request from windows to install a Dropbox Update, but nothing happens.

I am using Windows 10 [upto date]

I keep getting a request from windows to install a Dropbox Update...... when I agree nothing happens and the request comes again later in the day.

I have agreed to the update and also not agreed...... I wondering if it is a scam......... it does come with certification.

Hi beastie, let's jump right into this!

You mentioned that you see a Windows notification for the Dropbox update, so most likely that wouldn't be a scam.

Have you tried to restart your device? If you have, and nothing worked, could you also send me a screenshot of the pop-up message that you see on your end, so I can have a visual too?

    Keep me posted!

Hey beastie, can you use this website to help you take a screenshot of the message?

Once you've taken it, you should be able to see a camera icon above the reply box here on the Community, so you can attach your screenshot in your next reply.
