Hi takefive99, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
How many files do you have in your Dropbox folder in Finder currently, including any online-only files?
This will help me to assist further!

Sure. When I click on get info on the Dropbox folder it says there are 159,819 items (4.32 gb) on disk. thanks

Hi from me too, takefive99! Since you mentioned being part of a Dropbox team, have you checked if the rest of the team members are having similar issues? If they do, is it possible your admin has disabled the migration for your team?
If that’s not the case, I’d like a screenshot of what you see under the Sync tab of your app’s preferences here.

This could very well be the issue! I will ask IT to make the change and report back.m. Thank you.

They made the change but there is no movement on my end. I'll give the system some time to propagate. If there is no change by tomorrow, I'll post in this channel.

Thanks for the screenshot takefive99
Did you reboot your computer since your team's admin enabled the migration to the Dropbox for Mac OS on File Provider version?
Also, has any member of your team been migrated to that version of the app yet?

Thanks for your help so far.
FYI: I have rebooted to no effect. I believe everyone else on my team is on the same version. I've asked but have had no reports of other successes in upgrading.

Hey takefive99, I hope it's okay to jump in!
Can you also make sure that you've opted in to our early releases?
