installed Dropbox application cannot be shown

I have installed Dropbox application to MacPC(Catalina 10.57.7). Installation has been successfully done, but when I login, a white pop up is shown and I can not do anything but push "Go pro" butt...

    Could you try downloading and running the offline installer from this page and let me know if the issue persists?

Now I find that Dropbox installer is mounted left side of the menu of finder, and when I click, and wait 30min, now, instllation has successfully done.
