Make the red 1 go away

No notifications.
Nothing wrong.
Red 1 badge won't go away.
IDK why this is something the brain can't ignore, but it needs to go away.
Mac. Help.

    Just a clarification, did you also restart your device, and the notification number doesn’t seem to go away?

     

    If it doesn't, please send me a screenshot of what you see when opening your desktop app notifications, and I’ll have a look.
