My File Explorer on Windows 10 keeps freezing after the latest Windows update.

Though I can access documents through Word or excel, and the left side of File Explorer is work...

Thank you for responding. After about 10 days, the Dropbox help team suggested that I delete icloud. I did so, and Dropbox started working. Clearly, Dropbox has to fix whatever it is that conflicts with icloud - but, since I don't use icloud often, that is a functional short term fix. So, again, thank you!

4 months agoHey Useronemillion, Iâm sorry to hear about this issue.
If this isnât something youâve already tried, can you also quit the Dropbox app on your computer and then attempt to access one of your files in File Explorer? Are you still having similar issues, or does the behavior stop if the Dropbox app isnât running on your device?
Other than that, Iâm guessing youâre referring to this Dropbox for Windows update. Do you mean that you followed these steps to opt out of the update and they didnât work?
Let me know, and weâll go from there.
