My File Explorer on Windows 10 keeps freezing after the latest Windows update.

Dell XPS Operating System/Browser (if using the web)

Though I can access documents through Word or excel, and the left side of File Explorer is work...

Thank you for responding. After about 10 days, the Dropbox help team suggested that I delete icloud. I did so, and Dropbox started working. Clearly, Dropbox has to fix whatever it is that conflicts with icloud - but, since I don't use icloud often, that is a functional short term fix. So, again, thank you!

5 months agoHey Useronemillion, I’m sorry to hear about this issue.
If this isn’t something you’ve already tried, can you also quit the Dropbox app on your computer and then attempt to access one of your files in File Explorer? Are you still having similar issues, or does the behavior stop if the Dropbox app isn’t running on your device?
Other than that, I’m guessing you’re referring to this Dropbox for Windows update. Do you mean that you followed these steps to opt out of the update and they didn’t work?
Let me know, and we’ll go from there.
