My File Explorer on Windows 10 keeps freezing after the latest Windows update.

Though I can access documents through Word or excel, and the left side of File Explorer is work...

Thank you for responding. After about 10 days, the Dropbox help team suggested that I delete icloud. I did so, and Dropbox started working. Clearly, Dropbox has to fix whatever it is that conflicts with icloud - but, since I don't use icloud often, that is a functional short term fix. So, again, thank you!

4 months agoHey bernie228, just to confirm, are you having this issue while the Dropbox app is closed?
How long have you been having this issue?
And which version of the Dropbox app are you using?
You can see that by hovering over the Dropbox icon in your system tray.

- If I disconnect Dropbox, I have no problem to use windows file explorer to access my folder file
- I start to have this problem after I upgrade my windows 10 last week
- I did delete and reinstall the latest Dropbox app
