textClipping file is EMPTY

From what I understand, you’re currently running a beta desktop build (181.3.5515) on your Dropbox app, right?
Are you seeing the same error for all .textClipping files or just this one? Please upload a screenshot of the error, as well, to have a visual.
Finally, I’d like you to clarify the syncing status of this .textClipping file; is it available offline or online-only instead? If you’re not sure, you can upload a screenshot of its syncing icon, too.
Let me know, when you’re ready.
