Hi Locmup, If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try an advanced reinstall of the app using the steps in this link?

I am using Windows 11 Pro version 10.0.26200 Build 26200
There are 1600 files in the Dropbox folder
I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still get the same stuck at starting issue. I have also disabled all security software and firewalls. Still get the same issue
I have reinstalled using the offline installer, Msi installer, and downloaded installer. Each time I get the same results

Hey Locmup, let's jump right into this!
As a first step, could you please clarify your computer's OS version for us?
Could it be that there are more than 300K files in the Dropbox folder? Could you check its properties, and let me know?
Also, do you have any third party app, proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be hindering the starting process? If so, then could you try temporarily disabling those? Maybe that will do the trick.
While you're at it, can you also try to uninstall the app and reinstall using our offline installer?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
