Win 11 cannot dowload desktop version

Brand-new Lenovo Carbon X1 with Win 11.  I have tried 4 times to download DB.  it wont' download. Also, when I try to go to dropbox.com, that just circles the airport (well, it's squares.)  Please advise.

 

UPDATE.  It updated on its own. i never logged in?  but i found it running in the hidden thingee above the task bar. I tried to drag it to the task bar but have been unsuccessful.
