Cannot link Dropbox shared folder to Bouwsoft program
I allready have the dropbox business plan, but Bouwsoft cannot link to this account via a shared folder. It can only link via a personal folder, so my collegues cannot see these files (I cannot share this folder, an unexpected error occures). How can I make this folder visible for all of my collegues in the dropbox business plan? Maybe I could make the link with bouwsoft to an account with a professional or plus plan and integrate this plan in the business plan? Is that an option?

Since this is not one of our official integrations, I'm afraid we don't have that much info for you.
I would definitely suggest reaching out to the third party app's manufacturer for more info or troubleshooting steps.
And I will, of course, leave this thread open, in case other users with a similar experience can provide any helpful info for you.
