Hey joshuaBFM, apologies for the late reply, but I just wanted to mention that you should have no issues using the same Business account for the Sandbox environment and Production.

Thank you for your answer. 

 

I have the same trouble. We already have a Dropsign account logged in the production Org, but we wanted to test it our also in our sandbox environnement. 

But we are getting this error : 

 

indeed , the mail address in our sandbox environnement have a specific suffix at the end of the mail (for exemple : ...@website.com.uat01) compare to the mail adress in production. 

Could you please help us with this trouble ?
