Black Friday/Cyber Monday promo issues
I saw a banner promoting Black Friday and then Cyber Monday deals. Once I tried to check out the deals didnʻt reflect and the banners disappeared forever. I looked into the forums and saw that the issue was happening with others. I also reached out via chat and spoke with Vijay who said that Dropbox doesnʻt offer Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales- even though I linked the chat with people discussing the same problem and a support staff responding.
Help anyone?

Could you you clarify exactly what occurred when you tried to view the promotion?
Do you have the ticket ID from when you contacted the team?

I have a screenshot of a 50% offer received yesterday that expires on 10 December, however, I went to purchase today and it is nowhere to be found. Is this disingenuous of Dropbox?

I have taken a screen shot of a Cyber Monday Deal I was given for 50% off if I signed up by Friday 10th December. I went to purchase the next day and it has gone. I have tried speaking to chat bots with no joy, Dropbox appears to be denying such an offer. I asked if I could email the screenshot and told I had to go through the support page, where there is no such option. Is it all a ploy?
