Can't finish the purchase of Plus plan, I'm stuck in endless dice numbers verification.

I cannot finish purchase of Plus whatever I do. Tried multiple browsers, multiple devices, internet connections, no luck. No way to contact support directly. After years, this is very frustrating experience, so much that now I'm even thinking of stopping using this service.

    Hey noirstudio let's jump right into this!

    Do you see the verification when trying to purchase your plan? 

    It might sound trivial, have you also tried an incognito tab on your browser?

    If so, would you be able to send me a screenshot of the screen you see on your end when this happens? Just make sure none of your personal info is shown there.

    Yes, as I said, I'm stuck at the dice number verification loop. After I solve all 7-9 steps, a yellow box appears telling me that I cannot be verified at the moment, and then it just stays on filled purchase form and if I press purchase again, same thing goes on again. Or, it just prints "error' into browser console. Tried incognito, flushing caches, multiple browsers, devices, even different internet connections. Nothing worked so far.

     

    Is it possible to deal with this in an email privately, having to post about this publicly here is ridiculous.

    Is it possible to try a different payment method and let us know what you see?

    A screenshot of the error, would also be really helpful.

    Just make sure to hide any personal info.
