Can't upgrade to paid plan - page does nothing

I've been trying to upgrade to a paid plan for a few days now. When I choose the plan, fill in the credit card info, agree to the Dropbox terms, and click PURCHASE the page doesn't let me go to t...

Clicking on the support link only takes me to an empty box with a perpetual spinning wheel. I think it's time for me to look for a different fax company. No one should have to spend this much time trying to get help only to be asked to click on other links that takes you round and round in circles. As for payment info, it's the same info you have for when we were charged a dollar per fax, so that's not the problem. The problem is your form, not the customer.

    ANVE22 Too many unsuccessful attempts to purchase an upgrade will cause that error message. Since 24 hours have passed, please let us know if you're still having problems upgrading.
