Change from Apple Subscription to direct Dropbox plan
Hello!
I’ve had my Dropbox account through apple subscription, but I’d like to change it to a CC externally of apple. Is this possible at all please?

Can you help me, I have cancel my subscription with Apple as I need to upgrade above the TB's they offer. But dropbox are saying I can't upgrade with them as Apple have the subscription to my email, but apple are saying they don't, is there a way around this. I'm out of space which is effecting my business Help Please

In your account settings, do you see that you're still on a paid Dropbox plan billed through iTunes, or does your account seem to be downgraded?

I'm back, I have waited for my membership not just canccelled but has expired now but still dropbox won't allow me to buy more storage, I have now been without dropbox syncing for 2 weeks, what can i do, i need this fixed today please,

Do you get any specific errors when trying to upgrade directly from us?
Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

Thanks for your resonse, I'm trying to purchase a new plan with you but it keeps saying I'm with third party apple plan.... but I'm not with them anymore. I have tried the above link and it is just going to chat box, not giving me a ticket number

Hi from me as well, nractive! Can you send me a screenshot of the plan you see here?
As for opening a support ticket, did you try to do so by opening another browser on which you’re currently not signed into Dropbox?
