Couldn't redeem 100gb promotional offer
I bought a new hp laptop and i got 100gb for 12 months as promotional offer, but after reinstalling that 100gb is gone. How to get it back?!

Yes, it is after i redeemed the offer and i logged in using the same email id used for redeeming.
Still no luck.

no i didn't, but in my Dropbox it showed 102gb of storage
