Couldn't redeem 100gb promotional offer

I bought a new hp laptop and i got 100gb for 12 months as promotional offer, but after reinstalling that 100gb is gone. How to get it back?!

If you did see the quota at some point, and now it's not there, then it means that it was activated, but on another email address, and you're signed into another account. 

 

These offers tend to last for 6 months to 12 months, so they can't be removed from an account beforehand.

i am pretty sure i logged in with [removed], but as you suggested i checked all my mail ids and there is no subscription attached to any of the accounts. actually the windows activation is also attached to [removed] as i logged in with the same mail id for windows and dropbox.
