I have the same problem. I have been paying thru Apple but Dropbox says I have been unsubscribed. Apple says contact Dropbox which I can't do since I am unsubscribed. Apple suggested they refund my money and I start again with Dropbox but Dropbox insists I go thru Apple. My files are in danger of being lost.

3 years agoHey Stuart8, firstly I wanted to say that no matter what, your files are safe in your account, even if you're downgraded.
That being said, do you mean that you've paid for the subscription, but got downgraded?
Can you try to restore your purchase, to see if that helps?
