Dropbox Plus subscription does not show up on Google Play.
Hello, Dropbox Forums.
I recently began a 30-day free trial of Dropbox Plus, but when searching for a means to cancel just in case, Google Play gave me a strange result.
When following the typical steps to cancel Dropbox Plus from the Android app, once redirected to Google Play it reads:
"We couldn't find your subscription.
Make sure you're signed into the right account (Note: I am) and check the list of your current subscriptions (It doesn't show up here)."
Has any other Android user ran into this problem? Does it eventually go away, or is this a dire issue? I'd rather not get billed for something if I don't end up feeling the need for it.
Thanks,
Locura

Hi Keltrin, have you tried checking your Google subscriptions on this page to see if you can cancel your plan from there, if you were charged?

Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?
According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play? - Keltrin3 years agoExplorer | Level 3The page shows no payments but the payment on my banking app says GOOGLE*Dropbox and then the area it came from

Have you tried contacting Google Play directly with the payment reference to see if they're able to locate it on their end?
- Keltrin3 years agoExplorer | Level 3I haven't as I don't know how..

Hey Keltrin, sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that you can start by navigating to this page as outlined here.
I hope this helps!
- Keltrin3 years agoExplorer | Level 3I already tried all of that but it didn't work, I also sent in a email to dropbox for a refund and it's been two days of nothing..
