Dropbox Plus subscription not reflecting even after payment is showing completed under billing

Hi,
Dropbox Plus subscription is not reflecting in my account, which is showing as a Basic user despite having active automatic credit card payments, the payment is showing completed along with the invoice and receipts.
I have a ticket ID opened since 20 August but no action has been taken. I am stuck as I have to send large number of data on regular basis. I have only one account and the invoice and receipt are up to date with showing only one account. Under billing it is showing completed but my plan is showing basic with 2 GB storage, where I have paid for Plus with 2 TB storage.
Please help.

If you go to https://www.dropbox.com/account/plan does it show Basic?
And using same browser window does https://www.dropbox.com/manage/billing?_tk=web_left_nav_bar show your receipt?

Yes it is showing basic and it shows receipt with the payment completed for Dropbox Plus (07/10/2025 to 07/10/2026)

Where is it not detecting it? Computer or a mobile?
Have you tried restarting machine? Or on a mobile device to redetect the payment?
What is your ticket number?

I am using it on a web browser dropbox.com on my PC.
Here's my ticket ID #25448961
I have tried logging out and log in again. I have tried logging on a different device but still the same.
