How can I renew my account?

How to re-new my dropbox account

    Hey AS40, welcome to our Community! 

     

    Just to make sure we're on the same page: Are you currently on a paid subscription, or not?

     

    I need to understand if you wish to purchase a new plan, or simply renew your existing subscription.  

     

    Let me know, and we'll take it from there!

    we have paid Drop box subscription.

    Hi AS40, thanks for letting me know more! 

     

    Once you upgrade to a paid plan, the renewal happens automatically at the end of your billing cycle. 

     

    Would you mind checking your account's plan page, and let me know what subscription you're using? Also, did you upgrade your account directly through Dropbox or through the Apple/Google store?

    It looks like you're part of a Team. Have you tried clicking on the "review options" message to see what best suits your case? 

     

    You should be able to either renew, or disband your team. You can also see more about this here

    Hey AS40. Are you getting the same error on a different browser? 

     

    If yes, is it possible there’s an issue with the payment method you’re currently using? Can you try a different one as a test (if that’s possible)?
