Hi GinatheGenerous, could you attach a screenshot showing what you're seeing in the Dropbox Mobile app?

Are you DYSLEXIC, dear? Or are you deliberately trying to provoke me by ignoring my statement that I don't get an option saying "Account" in my Dropbox app?

Could you clarify if your account shows to be on the Basic plan or the Plus plan in the mobile app GinatheGenerous?
If it shows you're still on Plus, you should be able to upgrade directly through the app by following these steps:
- In your Dropbox app, tap Account (or Personal if paired accounts).
- Tap Manage plan.
- Tap Change plan.
- Tap Professional.
- Tap Upgrade.
- Select Billed monthly or Billed yearly.
- Confirm the upgrade.

Look: I just don't get the "Account" link in my Dropbox app. End of story.
I cancelled my subscription to start over with a "Professional" account meaning 3TB of storage instead of 2.
My subscription ended yesterday but Google Play will only allow me to re-subscribe to my previous account which only has 2TB which I have nearly used up.
Either give me a solution that WORKS or just admit that you don't know the solution.

Hey GinatheGenerous - sorry to jump in here, but I wanted to mention that you can upload a screenshot via the camera icon within your reply's box.
Also, note that if you're using a mobile device, you might need to request the desktop version of the page to bring this option up.

Hey GinatheGenerous, would you mind sending over some screenshots of your mobile app and specifically your account's settings, in order for me to have a visual?
It sounds odd that you're missing your Account tab, so I just want to make sure everything is working as it should.

Hey GinatheGenerous, I'm not entirely sure if you managed to achieve what Hannah suggested, or if you came across any issues.
Would you mind clarifying, and we'll take it from there.

I don't even get the "Account" link in my Dropbox app!
A company that doesn't know its own rules. Ha!
