How to remove linked debit / credit card from my Dropbox account?

(Plus)
Payment Method
(Debit Card)

Can you please help to unlink / unsubcribe / remove  card details from my dropbox plus account. 
I previously paid yearly for Dropbox Plus Account and now I do not want to have this subscription. 

I tried in the BILLING SECTION but there's no way to delete the card details.

I hope I can get your kind assistance and response.

    Thanks for the update, MN_!

    If you joined a trial team, once the trial ends and the team renews to a paid subscription, you will get a prorated refund on your Plus plan automatically.

    Hi Hannah, 

    Good day. 

    Yes, the account became part of Dropbox Team. 

    Hence, we no longer need the subscription Plus Plan. 

    If in case we got charged for this Plus Plan, will be able to get a refund?

    If you don't have an option to cancel your Plus plan in your billing page, is it possible that you're on a Dropbox team plan trial with this account?

    If that's the case, you'll first need to cancel that trial and then follow Dell's steps to cancel your Plus plan.

    If this is not the case, I'd suggest reaching out to our support team to get direct assistance with your request.

    There's no option to cancel the plan.  

    Can we apply for refund after our debit card got charged?

    Hey there MN_​, welcome to the community

    If you upgraded directly on the Dropbox website, you will first need to cancel the subscription. You can do this by signing in at Dropbox.com, clicking your avatar, selecting Settings, then Billing, and choosing Cancel plan. 

    Your Plus plan will stay active until the end of the paid yearly period. Once the plan fully ends, you will then be able to remove your saved card details from the Billing section.

    If the plan was purchased through a mobile app store, billing and card details must be managed directly through that app store, not from Dropbox.
