I can't cancel my subscription plan, as I don't have access to its email address.
I can't cancel my subscription plan because the email associated with the account no longer exists, it was an email from my previous job and it's now deleted so I can't sign in and I keep getting charged for the subscription. I filled out a support form while being signed out but as far as I understand they'll try to reach me using the email associated with the account, which doesn't have sense considering the situation. What should I do?

Do you happen to remember the password of your Dropbox account perhaps? If yes, you can still try to sign in, even without having direct access to the associated email address.
Other than that, can you please clarify if the account had been upgraded directly via www.dropbox.com or iTunes/Google Play?
I’ll be able to guide you from there.

I don't know the password and it's been upgraded through dropbox.com most likely

I'd suggest going to this page, while not logged in once again (or from an incognito/private browsing window) and try to submit another request.
This time, however, please use an email address you can access, so that our team can reach you.
