Hi Rokafella, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

When you cancelled the Dropbox Plus plan via the mobile app, were you downgraded to a Basic plan according to this page, or is the cancellation scheduled to occur at the end of the subscription?

This will help me to assist further!

No it currently says i'm still on Dropbox plus, on the appstore i've canceled it but it shows "Your subscription ends on 27th of March"

This would be why you can't upgrade to a Dropbox team plan, since it is still technically a Plus plan for now.

You would need to wait until that date when your account returns to a Basic plan, and then you can upgrade to a team plan from the Dropbox site.

When you upgraded your Dropbox account via the app on your iOS mobile device, your subscription is administered by the app store platform, not by Dropbox.

This means that we wouldn't be able to cancel your subscription on our side, or remove it from the system entirely before the end of the expiration date.
