I have been charged double billing monthly since December 2023 until Feb & need a refund.
I have been charged double billing monthly since December 2023 until Feb. I sent though a complaint with no response. I then cancelled the subscription only to continue to be charged still this month...

Apparently the bank statements from my bank do not have the correct transaction ID on them, So i have to go into the bank for a meeting to get these which I don't have time for. Showing that Dropbox and the system are not designed to help the consumer, only to take the money.
OR they said they need my credit card details (which they should have already so I'm skeptical to provide again)... What Now? I just lose out? So sad that this is the world we live in
I'll just cancel my credit card and go through the admin to change all my other related payments.
Thanks dropbox, Just wait until I have time to take this boring situation public... Woohoo!!!
