I paid for a Dropbox Plus plan, but my upgrade doesn't reflect on my account.

Hey. I upgraded to Dropbox plus. The payment went through but Dropbox didn't acknowledge it. It still says I have basic subscription. I'm unable to contact Dropbox about this because I only have the basic subscription and they only allow support to plus and premium members. I'm quite frustrated. Anyone has a solution for me?

    Hey Oskar111, I’m sorry to hear about this. 

    Did you upgrade your Dropbox account via Google Play/iTunes perhaps? 

    Is it possible that you accidentally upgraded another Dropbox account that’s linked to a different email address? If you’ve received a 12-digit transaction ID in your bank statement and you've paid directly via dropbox.com, you can use it on this page and double check this, too. 

    Let me know what you find.

      Hello Nancy. I only have a 10 digit transaction ID in my bank payment. It did not work to enter it in the link you provided.  I did not upgrade Dropbox via Google play or iTunes. I did it directly via the homepage. Any more advice? It's frustrating because I can't add new files to my Dropbox and I get messages that my files might get deleted... Yet I have paid for the upgrade...
