I paid for a subscription, but my Dropbox account hasn't been upgraded
Ik heb gisteren mijn abb een upgrade gegeven (online betaald) en de update is niet zichtbaar. Ik kan nergens een mail adres of telefoonnummer vinden om te contacten wat er niet goed gaat. Wie heeft contact gegevens?
I upgraded my account (pay online) and the update is not done,. Do have somebody a mail adres, phone number to contact what is happening?

Hi sjors de haas, as this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.

Hi Jay,
Thanks for the fast response! Sadly I've tried this and could only click on apple pay, pay pall, google store or credit card. Yet I've paid using "IDEAL". This is not an option on your site 😞
Thats why I just submitted this picture hoping it would help.
Hope that there's some other way I can verify myself to you.

Could you choose the PayPal option and mention in the main message that you're using iDeal for the payment, since it uses transaction IDs to locate payments?
