I subscribed through Google Play, but my plan hasn't been updated.

Hi, I subscribed to dropbox using google play. The money is already deducted, but my plan is not upgraded yet. I was wondering if someone has faced this issue before?

    Does it show the upgrade on your mobile device? Does it show if you try and refresh the app to pick it up?

    Hi Mark, unfortunately the upgrade does not show up anywhere, even after I refresh it.. just says contact support

    Once I contact support, the chatbot says I should contact google play directly.. guess I have to call support tomorrow during office hours!

    Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) if you follow these steps? Also, what does your plan page report right now?
