I was charged$ 203 for a Family plan but Dropbox said my payment was declined.
Dropbox Plan : Family
Payment Method: Card
How did you upgrade?: Through the Dropbox website
Question or Issue
I tried to upgrade to family plan today and entered my card details and charged 203$ for family plan but Dropbox said payment declined and get no sunscription. I tried to find someone to talk to but in vain!!!! they only redirect me to %^#@# community and FAQ!!!!!

Hi there, moussaid521 sorry to hear about that!
I suggest you take a look at your account's plan page first. What do you see there?
Is it possible that you have a second Dropbox account that you accidentally upgraded instead of your main one? To check which account the payments are for, can you please go to this page to provide your billing info and see which email address is linked to the paid account?
One last thing: have you contacted your bank in order to make sure that the payment has indeed been successful and not declined?
