i'm being charged for a plan but i only have Basic

i'm charged $119 yearly for a plan, maybe it's connected to another email i don't know about or forgot or something, but this account is only a free basic account and so i don't have access to any support. my bank won't let me block the charge, what do i do?

You can use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're paying for.

I've tried that, but the charge doesn't appear to be registering with Dropbox's tool and then it just redirects me to "file a billing support claim" but that doesn't work since i only have basic

Log out of Dropbox completely, even here, OR use an incognito window before doing the lookup and THEN you will be able to do so.

Note that if the payment is via Apple or Play store etc you need to contact them direct.
