I'm getting an error when trying to upgrade to the Plus plan.

How did you upgrade?

Hello, I'm trying to buy an upgrade to Plus from Basic, but I need ad invoice with the company name and the VAT number.
I change my name in the accout with there two information, but I cannot complete the purchase because there is an error into the payment page.
I don't understand what this invalid value is... the bank codes are correct
Anyone can help me to understand how solve and made the upgrade?

It sounds like you're having trouble when trying to upgrade your account to our Plus plan. Can you clarify if you're using this page to purchase your plan, and the steps you follow when trying to upgrade your account?
I know it might sound trivial, but have you double checked to make sure all the card info is correct? I'd also suggest that you try using a different browser too, or an incognito mode to see if the behavior remains the same.

credit card was right, so i made 4 payment for the same thing, and I worried to loose that money.
Yes the page I used was that
I used chrome, now I don't try no more, because I paid too much for nothing ( I'm yet basic) and my boss is becoming ungry with me for this situation with the credit card.

Have any of the payments you made gone through? Can you confirm that you can see Dropbox on your bank statements?
If so, then I suggest you try our self-served look up tool to see if you can find the email address that's linked to your Dropbox Plus subscription. I'm recommending that in case you didn't upgrade your current account but ended up creating a new one.
