I'm still being billed for a subscription and I need to get a refund, but there's no one to contact.
I was charged $200 the day before my free trial was set to expire this time last year. I emailed multiple customer service emails with no response and there's literally no other way to get help from ...

Can you open your bank statement for me and clarify if there’s any mention of iTunes/Google Play next to these charges?
If there isn’t and you just see “Dropbox”, I can log a ticket for you to the email address you see here. I'll be able to further assist this way.
Let me know what you find and we'll go from there.
