Issue updating my expired card so that I can renew my subscription
Hello everybody,

Hey Klara1, thanks for letting us know that you're having this issue.
Is your account still on a paid plan, or has it been downgraded?
Have you tried to update your card through a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?
A screenshot of the error would also be really helpful, if you can send one.
Just make sure to hide your personal info.
Thanks.

I tried different browser, also private browser and so two different cards..
Not able to add screenshots here, where can I send?
I can also write it:
Dropbox says
Your credit card has expirer. To keep your subscription update your card
And after addig the card it says
The payment has been refused contact your bank to enable the card for online use/ or enter the corect cars details again
Both of the cards normally works for web payments - Hannah2 years ago

Thanks for the update, Klara1.
In that case, can we send you an email, so we can take a deeper look?
