Issues upgrading to 2000 gb plan
I’m trying to upgrade from the free plan to the 2000 gb plan and it keeps giving me an error that there is a problem and advises me to refresh the page or contact support.

3 years agoWelcome to our forum, Jerthorne!
I’d like you to send over a screenshot of the error message you keep receiving, if that’s alright.
Also, have you tried any other browsers on your computer or incognito mode, as a test?
Keep in the loop.

I have also tried on two Mac computers in Chrome and using incognito, as well as the Dropbox iOS app and the mobile browser. Nothing is working.

HI Jerthorne, could you try using a different browser completely to see if this helps?
- Jerthorne3 years agoExplorer | Level 3I have tried in chrome and safari. I think it might have something to do with the way I was paying for the subscription before. But I’m not sure.
