Message from Dropbox about completing date of birth by 1st September or lose Family Plan Access
I received the same email & have the same issue. I can't find where to update the DOB from! This truly frustrating for how much we pay for this service. Not to mention that we store important personal and business data on it.
DropBox team, please sort this out!
Hi everyone, as this is account-specific information, if you've been receiving these notifications, please could you contact the support team directly in order for them to assist further on their end.

Hey there, Valley Jesse, thanks for posting here today!
Can you try what Jay suggested here? If you contact our Support team, reply back to me here and let me know the ticket number, so I can locate it on my end too.
Thanks a bunch!

hi, i used a shared email with my daughter and my daughter mistakenly clicked on the invite, entered her (my daughter's) name and age, and now it is saying my new dropbox account will be disabled due to being less than the required age.
It says to submit proof of age by contacting support at dropbox.com/support, but the only options I see there are Chatbot and Community.
I want to know how I can submit my proof of age. Thanks.

I have the same problem and its almost impossible to get anything back from Dropbox. Apparently at 53 I am not old enough to have a Droppbox account!

I wanted to upgrade my Dropbox account after having it for three years and they wont let me do it as they say I am not old enough. As a man in his 50's and having had the account for three years, not sure why they think this.
Trying to speak to a Support is impossible. You only ever get through to a Chat Bot who doesn't answer questions I ask. They also terminate the Chat very quickly.
I have been trying to resolve this for months and spent hours and every time I "speak" to a Bot, I get difference answers.
I cant see anywhere where my DOB is listed nor do I recall ever being asked it.
My account is now locked and I have to make a presentation on Monday and cant unless it is unlocked and I can get to the file. They have just told me they dont open over the weekend.
I think people should know what poor service they offer once they are signed up.

Hi Andrew691, sorry to hear about that!
Would it be okay for me to reach out via email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?
Keep me posted!
