My plan won't upgrade from Basic to Plus... again

I have been billed the 120 euros.. however... no upgrade.

The issue was explained here in the past

And was apparently solved in ticket #24585069 ... but it was not..


For **bleep**s sake, I am losing patience with this bull**bleep**, and it is really hindering my ability to work efficiently.
Can you please just refund my money, as I have given up on this idiotic app.

    The restore purchases feature doesn't work.. like it didn't work last time

    Hey vladap, thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to see you're having this issue again.

    From what I can see in your previous communication with our support team, you were advised to upgrade directly from our website; is this what you did or did you use the app?

    Can you reply to the already existing ticket, to inform the team of the issue?

    The ticket is locked.

    and yes, i used the website directly, via a laptop chrome browser

    the money was deducted from the account
