Need to cancel a subscription for an account I can no longer access

Hi, 

I need to cancel my subscription because I have lost access to the email id associated with my account. I cannot log in because the 6 digit code goes straight to that email. Can someone help me out? I have also tried submitting a ticket to support[at]dropbox.com but it says the ticket wont be answered by staff. I had to make a new account to make this post...

    Hi anadvani - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

    For cases like this, we usually recommend getting in touch with our support team through this form through an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and filling out all the relevant details and an email address we can reach you at.

    If you filled out the form, you should have received an email with your ticket number; can you please send that along?

    Oh, I was asked to put an email address for the account in the form so I put in that email address, which I no longer have access to. Therefore, I did not get a ticket number because it went to that email. Should I refill the form under an email that I have, that is not associated with my dropbox account?

    Hey anadvani! This is what I would also suggest; please open an incognito window on your browser and, while you’re not logged in to any Dropbox account, log a new ticket with an email address that you can currently access via this page

    Feel free to send us your ticket number here after that.

    Ticket #24791100: Dropbox login issue

    Does this number help? I used my email associated with this account but the account I was charged on is on another email as explained in that ticket.
