Old Email that No longer exists linked to subscription account

Hi! I probably should have caugh this a lot sooner, but I have a Dropbox account linked to an old work email address that has been gone since 2019.  I realized today that I got an annual charge.  I tried to log in, but it's sending a code to finish the log in to my old email address that doesn't exist.  How do I correct this?

Hi anacoreas, welcome aboard our Community.

When viewing your bank statement, are these charges coming directly from Dropbox, or from iTunes/Google Play?

Let me know, and we can look into this further.

Thanks, Nancy!  It's directly from Dropbox. I do have access to the account via the app in my ipad (looks like I'm logged in), but I can't navigate to the account settings and cancel the subscription, update the email address.  I sent an email support request last night from that as well and asked them to not use my associated email but the one that I do use normally and that is already associated to a free dropbox account.  Please let me know how we might resolve this?

    Thank you, Nancy.

Do you have a ticket number? If so, reply with it here.

If not, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
