Paid for Dropbox Plus but I'm still on the Basic plan
I paid to upgrade to the Plus plan this morning and my account still shows that I'm out of storage. There's a receipt in my account showing I paid, but I can't even chat with a customer service person because that's not included in the basic plan. So frustrating!!

Hi there crj444 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please clarify if you upgraded your account through the website directly or if it was via the app store on a mobile device?
If it's the former one, could you try the self-served look-up tool to see if you can find the email address that's linked to your Dropbox Plus subscription?
Let me know more and we'll take it from there.

Hi Walter,
I upgraded through the website directly. I tried the self-served look-up tool, but it couldn't find the transaction ID and said to submit a Billing Help Request.

I can't even find WHERE to submit the billing help request. Following the link just leads me to more help topics. When I'm logged into my account it shows the transaction but if I click on "receipt" it goes to an error screen.
