Paid for upgrade with iDeal but my account still shows as free

Seems people have problems when paying with Ideal. Today I chose the plus subscription and payed for it on the dropbox website with Ideal. However the subscription doesn't show in my account. There is also no 12 number ID in my bank confirmation. How can I get my money back? Or the right subscription.

    Hi chant06, we don't have any additional information on how to pay with iDeal. Are you able to pay with another method by any chance?

    Hey chant06, sorry to hear about this.

     

    Did our website show that the payment and the upgrade were successful?

     

    If you look at your billing page, do you see any payment info there?

     

    I'd also suggest checking with your bank, to see what might have happened, if the payment doesn't appear on the billing page.

     

    Let me know what you find and we'll go from there.

    Hey Hannah, thank you for the reply.

     

    The account number that I transfered the money to did not exist. This means that I automatically got my money back, which is a relief. However I would still like to use dropbox. Do you know how I can pay with ideal, without the same problem occuring?
