Personal plus downgraded by Dropbox
My Personal account was a PLUS plan paid in App Store witch was connected to my Team account. How to get things back to personal Plus again when Dropbox stopped support free teams. Who to contact, ...

Ivāe found this in another tread. Something you suggested another customer.
It worked for me too.
In your Dropbox app, tap Account (or Personal if you have paired accounts).
2. Tap on the gear icon at the top of your screen to access your settings.
3. Tap on "Restore purchases".

Hi, itās not about logging out an in again.
Iām getting notifications about that I need to upgrade due to having reached my basic (aprox 5GB) limit. Which isānt true as Iām paying for Plus thru App Store.

4 years agoBut, as you mentioned you were on a Team which has now been disbanded the paid account is on the OTHER account which you are not logged in is.
The two accounts are disconnected. You need to be logging in to the right one - you are only now logged in to one account where as before you were on two and that benefitted you in terms of quotas. It doesnt now.

Dropbox doesnt do a 2TB Teams plan - they start at 5TB: https://www.dropbox.com/plans
So, if you are seeing a 2TB plan thats a Plus one.
- PeterNor4 years agoHelpful | Level 6Might be so (2TB or 5TB payed for by my business) but thats not my problem. My problem is where the the Plus plan Iām paying for private has gone.
Tanks for trying to help, but I still wonder how to actually speek to someone on support. In swedish (my native language) or in english.
