Personal plus downgraded by Dropbox
My Personal account was a PLUS plan paid in App Store witch was connected to my Team account. How to get things back to personal Plus again when Dropbox stopped support free teams. Who to contact, ...

Ivâe found this in another tread. Something you suggested another customer.
It worked for me too.
In your Dropbox app, tap Account (or Personal if you have paired accounts).
2. Tap on the gear icon at the top of your screen to access your settings.
3. Tap on "Restore purchases".

Iâm admin for our (recent) team account paid directly to dropbox, and its still a 2TB account. But my personal account has been downgraded when disconnected.

4 years agoDropbox doesnt do a 2TB Teams plan - they start at 5TB: https://www.dropbox.com/plans
So, if you are seeing a 2TB plan thats a Plus one.

Have you made sure you don't have two Dropbox accounts? Is it possible that the payment you've made through Apple is for a different account?

I did also send a request to billing-support@dropbox.com this morning but havenât heard anything yet.
And yes but no. I have more than one private account, set up by mistake or with a thought of some special project. But no extra capacity on those.
