Promo popup offer disappeared
Hello, I had a promotion offer pop-up when I logged in today, but I wanted to check how much the upgrade prices were before commiting to it. I assumed it would be available on the upgrade page, but now the offer isn't appearing anywhere, even when I logout and log back in. Is there a place where offers are logged so I could review it again?

It was a 3 months free offer for me to upgrade from my basic account. No new devices.

I was led to understand that the forum was the only place to resolve issues for basic members. I needed the space so purchased one month of service hoping that this could be resolved before renewal comes up

I have exactly the same issue here. I saw a pop-up with an offer (three months, I believe) but it has since disappeared. I was thinking of upgrading but now I'm not too sure. I've discovered there doesn't seem to be any way to contact Dropbox to get an answer to even this question.

Have you also checked your linked to Dropbox email address and nothing shows there either?
Also, do you perhaps remember if you clicked on something before receiving this notification?

Nancy, I just received a promo offer in my email today. When I clicked the link in an attempt to upgrade, this message came up, "The campaign offer can not be redeemed". I received the offer eight hours ago, the offer in my email does not expire until DECEMBER 2, 2022 (today is November 30th). I do not understand what is going on with this company.
