I’m sorry but I think this is the 3rd time I am asking
.With the teams plan, we can have a combination of yearly and monthly team members? And we can start stop team members if using monthly payments?

Hi wds_sea, on a Dropbox team plan, it isn't possible to have a mixture of monthly and annual licenses. Either the entire team is paid on a monthly basis, or on an annual basis. 

If you are on a monthly plan, then you can add a license for a month, and then remove the member to then remove the license for that month.
