Upgrading only 1 member of a business team

Hi,

We have a team of 11 members on a Dropbox Business Standard plan. Our storage is  currently at 90% capacity.

1 user in the team holds the majority of the data. Is it possible to upgrade just 1 member to Dropbox Business Advanced, or do all 11 members have to upgrade and our billing increase?

Thanks

  • Hey KylieMay, thanks for posting today!

I'm afraid that upgrading the account of only one member of a Dropbox Business team is not currently possible.

If you want, you can consider upgrading the team to Dropbox Business Advanced, so you can have as much space as you need.

You can compare our plans here and if you have any other questions, let us know.
