Subscription product upgrade failed

구글에도 요청하고 카드 결제 환불까지 요청했으나 제대로 원하는 해결을 받지 못했습니다. 일단 결제 환불 진행을 요청드립니다. 이후에 다시 드랍박스에서 결제 진행해보겠습니다. 필요하신 정보가 있으면 말씀해주세요. 너무 어렵네요.

I requested a refund from Google and even requested a credit card payment, but I did not receive the desired solution. First, we would like to request a refund for your payment. Afterwards, we will proceed with the payment through Dropbox again. Please let me know if there is any information you need. It's so difficult.
